Perubahan hormon yang terjadi pada ibu hamil akan mengakibatkan perubahan emosional yang akan menimbulkan kecemasan bahkan sampai depresi. Kecemasan dan depresi pada masa kehamilan merupakan permasalahanutama di masyarakat karena prevalensinya yang tinggi. Menurut Organisasi KesehatanDunia (WHO), 10% wanita hamil dan 13% ibu pasca persalinan di seluruh duniamengalami gangguan jiwa. Di negara-negara berkembang, angka ini bahkan lebih tinggilagi, yaitu 15,6% selama kehamilan dan 19,8% setelah kelahiran bayi. Menurut (Yuniza et al, 2021), tingkat kecemasan pada ibu hamil dapat diturunkan dengan prenatal yoga. Yoga prenatal merupakan salah satu jenis olahraga untuk tubuh, pikiran, dan kesehatan mental ibu, dan sangat membantu dalam menenangkan pikiran selama trimester ketiga. <strong>Tujuan</strong>: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan prenatal yoga dengan tingkat kecemasan ibu hamil trimester III di PMB D. <strong>Metode</strong>: Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan survei analitik dengan pendekatan <em>cross sectional</em>, penentuan sampel secara <em>accidental sampling</em> yaitu sebanyak 30 orang yang berlangsung pada bulan Januari - Juni 2023. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar observasi dan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisi univariat untuk mengetahui distribusi frekuensi yang diteliti yaitu presentase prenatal yoga dan tingkat kecemasan ibu hamil trimester III. Analisis bivariat menggunakan uji <em>Chi Square</em> yang bertujuan untuk menguji adanya hubungan prenatal yoga dengan tingkat kecemasan ibu hamil trimester III. <strong>Hasil</strong>: Ada hubungan prenatal yoga dengan tingkat kecemasan ibu hamil trimester III di PMB D (sig. = 0,001&lt;0,05). <strong>Simpulan</strong>: Kategori ibu hamil yang teratur mengikuti prenatal yoga sebanyak 21 orang (70%), Kategori tingkat kecemasan ibu hamil trimester III normal sebanyak 13 orang (43,3%), Ada hubungan prenatal yogadengan tingkat kecemasan ibu hamil trimester III di PMB D (sig. = 0,001&lt;0,05).</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Kata Kunci</strong>: Prenatal Yoga, Tingkat Kecemasan, Ibu Hamil Trimester III</p> Putri Yunita Sari, Zulhijriani Copyright (c) 2024 Jurnal Profesi Bidan Indonesia https://pbijournal.org/index.php/pbi/article/view/66 Thu, 20 Jun 2024 00:00:00 +0700 HUBUNGAN KURANG ENERGI KRONIS (KEK) DENGAN KEJADIAN KETUBAN PECAH DINI (KPD) PADA IBU BERSALIN DI KLINIK NURHIKMAH GUBUG https://pbijournal.org/index.php/pbi/article/view/67 <p><strong>Background:</strong> Ongoing chronic energy deficiency in pregnancy, will interfere with the absorption of nutrients needed in the development of pregnancy will &nbsp;impact on the mother and fetus. Growth disorders resulting from conception, often occur immaturity, prematurity, premature rupture of membranes, congenital defects, or fetuses born with LBW.</p> <p><strong>Methodology</strong>: This study used quantitative methods with a cross-sectional design. The sample in the study amounted to 212 respondents. Data analysis using the Chi-Square Test.</p> <p><strong>Results</strong>: The results of statistical tests using the Chi-Square test obtained a p value of &nbsp;0.000 which means that there is a relationship between Chronic Energy Deficiency in pregnancy with the incidence of premature rupture of membranes in laboring women at the Nurhikmah Gubug Clinic.</p> <p><strong>Conclusion</strong>: There is a relationship between chronic energy deficiency in pregnancy and the incidence of premature rupture of membranes in laboring women at Nurhikmah Gubug Clinic.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Keywords: Chronic energy deficiency, premature rupture of membranes,</p> Nurhikmah, Wahyu Utami Ekasari, Yuwanti Copyright (c) 2024 Jurnal Profesi Bidan Indonesia https://pbijournal.org/index.php/pbi/article/view/67 Thu, 20 Jun 2024 00:00:00 +0700 THE EFFECT OF BIRTHING BALL ON PAIN 1st TIME OF LABOR IN PRIMIPARA MOTHERS AT PMB AMALIA TEMON VILLAGE https://pbijournal.org/index.php/pbi/article/view/68 <p><em>Background;</em><em> Labor pain is a process of protection from the mother's body to notify her of danger signs and will increase sympathetic nerve activity, then cause changes in heart rate pressure, breathing problems, muscle tension and stress. Handling to treat labor pain in pharmacology is in the form of analgesic drugs, while non-pharmacological treatments such as messages, use of birthing balls, touch, relaxation, warm compresses and cold compresses use of arromatherapy, breathing control, positioning, music therapy, hypnotherapy, and acupuncture. </em><em>The research</em><em> objective was to determine the effect of the birthing ball on the pain of the first stage of labor in primiparous women. </em><em>Methodology;</em><em> This type of quantitative research with quasi-experimental and research design using two group pretest posttest design. Population All primiparous pregnant women in February-April at the end of the month were 54 mothers giving birth. The sample consists of 14 samples for each control and treatment group from the calculation of the Lameshow formula. Data analysis using the Mann Whitney Test.</em></p> <p><em>Results;</em><em> The level of labor pain in the treatment group who was given the birthing ball at BPM Amalia Temon Village in 2022 was mostly controlled by 12 respondents (85.7%) of severe pain and after being given the birthing ball the most moderate pain was 8 respondents (57.1%) and mild pain 6 respondents (42.9%). Hal tersebut dapat berdampak meningkatnya angka kesakitan dan kematian janin serta meningkatnya risiko berat badan lahir rendah pada bayi. Kasus anemia Ibu hamil trimester 1 ditemukan meningkat dari tahun 2022 sejumlah 75 menjadi 108 di bulan Januari – Agustus 2023 di Puskesmas Toroh 1 Kabupaten Grobogan. <strong>Tujuan</strong>: Mengetahui hubungan umur dan pendidikan terhadap pengetahuan tentang anemia pada Ibu hamil di Puskesmas Toroh 1&nbsp; <strong>Metode</strong>: Menggunakan metode penelitian survei analitik dengan rancangan <em>cross sectional</em> dengan teknik <em>non random sampling</em> secara total sampel berjumlah 30 Ibu hamil. <strong>Hasil</strong>: Analisa univariat menunjukkan mayoritas responden berusia 20-35 tahun 26 orang (86,7%), berpendidikan SMP 14 orang (46,7%), berpengetahuan kurang 23 orang (23%) dan Ibu hamil anemia 18 orang (60%). Analisa bivariat dengan uji <em>chi-square</em> menunjukkan ada hubungan umur dengan pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang anemia (p value 0,016 &lt; 0,05), dan tidak ada hubungan pendidikan dengan pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang anemia (p value 0,139 &gt; 0,05)</p> <p><strong>Simpulan</strong>: Ada hubungan antara umur dengan pengetahuan Ibu hamil tentang anemia (p value = 0,016) dan tidak ada hubungan antara pendidikan dengan pengetahuan Ibu hamil tentang anemia (p value = 0,139) di Puskesmas Toroh 1</p> Hapsari, Sri Martini Copyright (c) 2024 Jurnal Profesi Bidan Indonesia https://pbijournal.org/index.php/pbi/article/view/69 Thu, 20 Jun 2024 00:00:00 +0700 THE EFFECT OF GINGER DRINKING ON BREAST MILK PRODUCTION TO WOMEN IN THE PUBLIC PERIOD IN NGEMBAK VILLAGE https://pbijournal.org/index.php/pbi/article/view/70 <p><strong><em>Background ;</em></strong><em> One of the causes of the pattern of infant mortality in Indonesia is that less than half of children aged 12-17 months do not receive breast milk. According to WHO in 2020, exclusive breastfeeding coverage is around 44%, while coverage in Indonesia is only 42% of babies receiving exclusive breastfeeding. One of the reasons why mothers stop breastfeeding their babies is lactation insufficiency (low breast milk supply). Treatment given to increase breast milk production is giving ginger drink which contains galactogue which can increase breast milk production.<strong>Objective ;</strong> To analyze the effect of giving ginger drink on breast milk production in postpartum mothers.<strong>Methodology ;</strong> This research is a quantitative research using a quasi-experimental design with a one group pretest posttest design. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with a sample of 22 respondents.<strong>Results ;</strong> Based on SPSS using the paired sample t-Test with a p-value of 0.000.
